8月25日上午，第二届成都国际福祉博览会暨残友嘉年华活动系列推荐会在河南省残疾人福利基金会举行。

河南省残疾人联合会党组成员、副理事长吴霄，河南省残疾人福利基金会理事长李继龙、副秘书长张玉萍、办公室主任周路，第二届成都国际福祉博览会暨残友嘉年华活动承办单位成都世纪康博会展有限公司总经理袁绪荣，河南翔宇医疗、安阳贝瑞思医疗、河南奥琦莱斯、河南阿拉丁医疗、郑州品康假肢、锐倍特、惠济区厚德康复教育中心、郑州市康园听力言语康复中心、郑州市康达能力训练中心等河南省18家有关福祉企业、助残社会组织代表出席了推介会。会议由河南省残疾人福利基金会理事长李继龙主持。

The meeting was presided over by Li Jilong, chairman of Henan Welfare Foundation for the Disabled.
河南省残疾人联合会党组成员、副理事长吴霄首先对四川省残联、省残疾人福利基金会、成都世纪康博会展有限公司筹备本次活动的付出表示感谢。指出河南省委、省政府十分重视残疾人工作，把残疾人事业纳入总体工作布局，我省残疾人事业取得了快速发展。当前，河南省残联正全面落实党的二十大精神，深入开展贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育，全面学习贯彻落实省残联八代会精神，将以此为契机，把党中央和省委对残疾人事业的要求落实到工作实际中，持续在残疾人康复、教育、就业、维权等方面发力。要求省残疾人福利基金会要服务好、配合好、筹备好相关工作，参会的相关单位借此机会加强交流，不断提升我省康复服务水平，为残疾人朋友谋更多的福祉。

本次博览会主题为“营造无障碍 共享美好生活”，共设置八大展区：联合主办单位展区、公益展示和体验区、残友嘉年华体验区、康复无障碍设备展示体验区、教育无障碍设备展示体验区、就业无障碍设备展示体验区、文化体育无障碍设备展示体验区、生活无障碍设备展示体验区等，本次博览会为残疾人提供全方位无障碍服务场景体验，充分展现提升残疾人生活质量的“大福祉”理念，搭建政府指导、公益搭台、爱心企业参与、残疾人共享的综合展示服务的大平台。
The theme of this expo is "Creating a Better Life for Barrier-free sharing", and there are eight exhibition areas: Co-organizers' exhibition area, public welfare exhibition and experience area, FOD Carnival experience area, rehabilitation barrier-free equipment exhibition and experience area, education barrier-free equipment exhibition and experience area, employment barrier-free equipment exhibition and experience area, cultural and sports barrier-free equipment exhibition and experience area, life barrier-free equipment exhibition and experience area, etc. This expo provides a full range of barrier-free service scene experience for persons with disabilities. Fully demonstrate the concept of "great well-being" to improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities, and build a large platform for comprehensive display services featuring government guidance, public welfare, participation of caring enterprises, and sharing by persons with disabilities.
同期还将举办康复辅具论坛、康教融合论坛等系列专业学术论坛，残友嘉年华、相亲交友会等大型公益活动，还将开设公益展区，现场展示全国各地优秀残疾人文创作品、手工作品、残疾人非遗、自主创业成果等，以及爱心企业、公益机构、慈善组织参与的康复、助学、照护等助残公益项目成果。
During the same period, a series of professional academic forums such as the Rehabilitation AIDS Forum and the Health Education Integration Forum will be held, and large-scale public welfare activities such as the Carnival for disabled people and Dating will be held. Public welfare exhibition areas will also be opened to display outstanding creative works of disabled people, handmade works, intangible cultural heritage of disabled people and achievements of self-employment from all over the country. And the results of rehabilitation, education, care and other disabled public welfare projects in which caring enterprises, public welfare organizations and charitable organizations participate.
本次福祉博览会将于9月21日-23日在成都世纪城国际展览中心6号馆举行，是由中国残疾人福利基金会、中国残疾人辅助器具中心、中国康复研究中心、四川省民政厅、卫健委、教育厅、住建厅、残联等单位指导，四川省、上海市、重庆市、江苏省、浙江省、河南省、陕西省、贵州省、云南省、甘肃省、广西壮族自治区、新疆维吾尔自治区12省（自治区、直辖市）残疾人福利基金会联合主办。，倡导残疾人在康复、教育、就业、文化、体育、生活等方面享受无障碍服务，让广大残疾人在无障碍的人文环境中，更好地融入社会发展，共享新时代美好生活。
The Welfare Expo will be held in Hall 6 of Chengdu Century City International Exhibition Center from September 21 to 23. It is guided by China Welfare Foundation for Persons with Disabilities, China Assistive Devices Center for Persons with Disabilities, China Rehabilitation Research Center, Sichuan Provincial Civil Affairs Department, Health and Health Commission, Department of Education, Department of Housing and Construction, and Disabled Persons' Federation. It is co-sponsored by 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central Government) of Sichuan Province, Shanghai, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan, Shaanxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Advocate that disabled people enjoy barrier-free services in rehabilitation, education, employment, culture, sports, life and other aspects, so that the majority of disabled people can better integrate into social development in a barrier-free cultural environment and share a better life in the new era.
