嘉年华预告|第二届福祉博览会同期残友嘉年华活动精彩预告来袭
由四川省、上海市、重庆市、江苏省、浙江省、河南省、陕西省、贵州省、云南省、甘肃省、广西壮族自治区、新疆维吾尔自治区12省（自治区、直辖市）残疾人福利基金会共同主办的“第二届成都国际福祉博览会暨残友嘉年华”，定于2023年9月21-23日在成都世纪城国际展览中心召开。
残友嘉年华作为博览会同期的主要内容之一，通过组织丰富多元的互动环节、特色体验活动、优秀助残公益项目展示和服务、残疾人婚恋交友活动、咨询活动、项目服务、励志分享、趣味体育等，让健全人与残疾群体皆能够加入到本届活动中来，以体验交互为共情渠道，进一步体现福祉博览会主题“营造无障碍环境·共享美好生活”，让残疾人朋友在康复、教育、就业、文化、体育、生活等方面享受无障碍服务，让广大残疾人在无障碍的人文环境中，更好的融合社会发展，共享新时代美好生活。
活动内容
一、“因爱无碍”幸福体验活动
01嘉年华无障碍沉浸式互动体验
活动围绕“营造无障碍环境•共享美好生活”的主题，在现场设置无障碍超市、无障碍医院、无障碍银行、无障碍咖啡小屋、运动场、无障碍大巴等沉浸式互动体验区，邀请不同需求类型的残疾人代表和其亲属到场参加，聚焦助残产品体验、助残场景感知，让残疾人体验无障碍的美好幸福生活。

The 2nd Chengdu International Welfare Expo and Carnival for the Disabled", co-organised by the Disabled Welfare Foundations of 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), namely, Sichuan, Shanghai, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan, Shaanxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Gansu, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, will be held at Chengdu Century City International Exhibition Centre from 21 to 23 September 2023 in Chengdu, China. As one of the main contents of the Expo, the Disabled Friends Carnival, through the organisation of rich and diversified interactive sessions, special experiential activities, the display of excellent public welfare projects and services to help the disabled, marriage and dating activities for the disabled, consultation activities, project services, inspirational sharing and fun sports, etc., will enable both able-bodied and disabled groups to join in this year's activities, and further embody the theme of the Expo "Creating a Barrier-free Environment - Sharing a Better Life", allowing the disabled to enjoy barrier-free services in rehabilitation, education, employment, culture, sports and life. The theme of the Well-being Expo is "Creating a Barrier-Free Environment and Sharing a Better Life", so that people with disabilities can enjoy barrier-free services in rehabilitation, education, employment, culture, sports and life, etc., and so that people with disabilities can better integrate with the development of the society and share a better life in the new era in a barrier-free humanistic environment.

Focusing on the theme of "Creating a Barrier-free Environment - Sharing a Better Life", the event set up immersive interactive experience zones such as barrier-free supermarkets, barrier-free hospitals, barrier-free banks, barrier-free coffee huts, sports grounds, barrier-free buses, etc., and invited representatives of persons with disabilities with different needs and their relatives to participate in the event. Representatives of people with different types of needs and their relatives are invited to attend the event, which focuses on the experience of disability-assisting products and the perception of disability-assisting scenarios, so that people with disabilities can experience a barrier-free and happy life.
