营造无障碍环境，共享美好生活！ 第二届成都国际福祉博览会将于9月21日开幕
为贯彻落实国家东西部协调发展和成渝地区双城经济圈建设的战略部署，完善残疾人社会保障制度和关爱服务体系，促进残疾人事业全面发展，以“营造无障碍环境，共享美好生活”为主题的2023第二届成都国际福祉博览会，将于2023年9月21-23日在成都世纪城国际展览中心6、7号馆举办。
本届福祉博览会是在国家颁布实施《中华人民共和国无障碍环境建设法》之际，立足新发展阶段，贯彻新发展理念，融入新发展格局，促进残疾人事业全面发展举办的一次重大活动。将为残疾人提供全方位无障碍服务场景体验，搭建残疾人共享的综合展示服务平台，推动无障碍环境建设，让广大残疾朋友更好地融入社会，共享新时代美好生活。
政府指导、公益搭台、爱心企业广泛参与
第二届成都国际福祉博览会暨残友嘉年华，在中国残疾人福利基金会、中国残疾人辅助器具中心、中国康复研究中心、中国听力语言康复研究中心、中国残疾人联合会就业服务指导中心、中国慈善联合会、中国狮子联会等17家单位的指导下，由四川省、上海市、重庆市、江苏省、浙江省等12省（直辖市、自治区）残疾人福利基金会联合主办，成都世纪康博会展有限公司承办。博览会邀请到百余家爱心企业、助残组织到现场充分展示为残疾人提供的各类无障碍产品、设备、技术、服务，以及残疾人的生活、文创、就业等成果，是12省残疾人福利基金会联合搭建的残疾人福祉大展示、大交流平台。
内容丰富、形式多样、涵盖广泛
博览会现场设优秀残疾人文创作品、手工作品、残疾人非遗、自主创业成果等公益展示区，以及爱心企业、公益机构、慈善组织参与的康复、助学、照护等助残公益项目成果展示区，全方位展示新时代残疾人精神风貌和社会各界的助残情怀，让全社会关注和帮助残疾人群体。
此外，现场还邀请到专注于儿童医·康·教整体解决方案的宝丽康，生产假肢矫形器的恩德莱、德林义肢，专注于脑机接口领域的强脑科技，生产助行辅具的企德来、鲁蓉医疗、南京康尼、佛山东方，专注于智能康复治疗方案的上海奕然康复，以及四川八一康复中心、杭州爱听、广东悦涵、海南科睿、仁和益、蒙泰护理、曼家优创、江门金刚电源、集诚医疗、福康达、汇百川、深圳汇邦、拙听、平果超能、爱奉者、康宝乐、金宇瑞欣、江苏集萃、天津长静、威之群等到场展示前沿残疾人福祉全产业链产品的创新解决方案、辅具、适配服务、产品研发成果等。通过设置康复无障碍、教育无障碍、就业环境无障碍、文化体育无障碍、生活无障碍等设备展示和体验区，全方位展示覆盖残疾人福祉全产业链最新产品、设施设备、服务、技术及应用成果。

博览会同期将举办西部康复辅具产业发展交流活动暨国家继续医学教育项目康复辅具发展及临床应用培训班（授予国家级继续医学教育I类学分5分）、2023年“康教融合”交流会等专题活动，邀请行业专家、学者、企业精英共同参与，探究行业新风向及政策，分享智能高新产品及技术，为参展机构和观众呈现一场高端对话与智慧共享的盛宴。
残友嘉年华，让广大残疾朋友体验无障碍的美好生活
残友嘉年华活动现场设置无障碍超市、无障碍医院、无障碍银行、无障碍咖啡小屋、无障碍运动场、无障碍大巴等沉浸式无障碍互动体验区，将邀请超过1000名不同需求类型的残疾人代表及其亲属到场，参加各类型互动活动：趣味运动会、你是我的眼、你画我猜、轮椅体验等。通过举办残疾人婚恋交友活动、优秀助残公益项目展示、轮椅秀、咨询活动、项目服务、励志分享等体验式、融合式、情景式的活动，聚焦助残产品体验、助残场景感知，让残疾人体验无障碍的美好幸福生活。

The 2nd Chengdu International Well-being Expo and Carnival for Disabled Friends was jointly hosted by 12 provinces (municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions), including Sichuan Province, Shanghai Municipality, Chongqing Municipality, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, etc., under the guidance of the China Disabled Persons' Welfare Foundation (CDPWF), China Disabled Persons' Auxiliary Apparatus Centre (CDPAAC), the China Rehabilitation Research Centre (CRRC), the China Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Centre (CHSRC), China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDF) Employment Service Guidance Centre (ESSGC), China Charity Federation (CCHF), China Federation of Lions (CFLP), etc. Provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions) Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation jointly organised by Chengdu Century Kangbo Exhibition Co.
